Certified copies come from the Wyoming Department of Health, Vital Statistics Services (official site).
The first copy is $25 and each additional copy is $20. You can order through the VSS online portal, which requires creating a profile and uploading an image of valid government issued ID, or mail the certificate ordering form. The office is at 2300 Capitol Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82002, phone 307-777-7591, email wdh.vss@wyo.gov, and note the unusual hours: Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 4:00pm, and Friday by appointment only. Entitlement means an immediate family member, meaning a parent, spouse, or child over 18, a lawyer representing the immediate family, or an entity paying a policy or death benefit. The public can access records only after fifty years.
