Certified copies come from the Oregon Health Authority, Center for Health Statistics, Vital Records (official site).
Do not order by regular mail if you need these soon. Mail processing runs 16 to 20 WEEKS, which is the longest queue of any state on this site. Use the online, phone, or in-person options instead. Each copy is $25, including additional copies of the same record ordered at the same time, and $25 also covers a five year search if you do not know the exact date of death. Mail payment must be money order or check payable to OHA/Vital Records, never cash. Oregon death records run from 1903 to the present.
