Certified copies come from the Any of New Hampshire's 234 city and town clerks, or the Division of Vital Records Administration (official site).
All 234 local city and town clerks can issue certified copies, so you rarely need to go to the state. By New Hampshire law the record search costs $15 whether or not a record is found, a certified copy is another $15, and additional copies of the same record are $10 each. You must show direct or tangible interest and present government issued photo ID.
